Will I need anything else for this incubator like a thermostat, etc?

That incubator is good value and relatively highly regarded by herpers, but as you've noticed, it's lacking in the control department.
Basically you set the desired temperature using a dial that controls a wafer "thermostat" but there is no feedback, so as the temperature varies in the room, so does the incubator temperature (although there's a fairly large lag, due to the insulating property of the Styrofoam.)
If you plan to keep the incubator in an environment that stays a pretty constant temperature, and are planning to be around a Lot to keep a check on the temperature reading on the thermometer that you keep inside the incubator, and you're happy to make manual adjustments if/when required, it'll be fine.
If not then yes, you should control the temperature thermostatically.
