Setting up a 10 Gallon Aquarium, help?
So it will be a freshwater/tropical.
I know i need the following:
*Heater
*Thermometer
*Filter
*Water Conditioner
*Net
*Siphon Hose (cleaning gravel)
*Gravel/rocks
*Decorations/plants
*Aquarium Tests
*Fish Food Obviously.
Do i need anything else?
So, one of my questions is, is stress gaurd a water conditioner as well as a thing to help my fish not get stressed when i take them out?
Also, I should take my fish out and put them in a bowl or something when i clean the gravel because they will get sucked up, right?
I think I want to start with only one species in my tank for now. Any suggestions? (I don't like those blue and red small ones, i think they are some type of tetras?)
They're called neon tetras 
Don't worry about sucking the fish up -- gravel siphons are designed to prevent that. In fact, your fish will probably do their best to avoid getting sucked up by the gravel. Trying to get them and put them in a bowl will stress out the fish and make the whole task a bigger hassle than it has to be. Your fish will be fine.
Stress guard isn't necessary for the tank, but some people use it. It's a water conditioner that helps boost the fish's stress coat (their immune system) and prevents some toxicities from forming, somehow, with like magic or something, I don't know. I'm a big believer in not adding more conditioners than is absolutely necessary, so I haven't done a whole Lot of research into it.
Some good species tanks:
Glowlight tetras
Corydoras (pygmy, habrosus, hastatus, aeneus/albino, panda)
Harlequin rasboras (or dwarf rasboras)
1 male betta
5 female bettas
2 African Dwarf Frogs (beware of the clawed version)
2 honey gourami (mated pair)
1 butterfly fish
1-5 killifish (depends on what type you choose)
Some of those ideas can be combined with other ideas.
