Could dragons have been Giant flying lizards, Pterodactyl, Big Snake, Very Big Birds of Prey, or Dinosaurs?
I was thinking about how people describe dragons in myths and couldnt Giant flying lizards, Big Snakes, Pterodactyl, Very Big Birds of Prey, Dinosaurs all fit into the descriptions of dragons throughout the different cultures.
Some descriptions describe them as serpants, flying lizards, lizards, dinosaurs
Serpant could = a big snake like a anaconda
Lizards = any type of big lizard like a komodo dragon
Something flying that could =
* big flying lizard (a lizard that glides between trees) ,
* Very big eagle, Secretary Bird, Vultures, Condors etc.
* Pterodactyl
Some of them listed didnt live when humans did but they still could fit the description
except for the breathing fire
