CORN SNAKE HABITAT QUESTION?
i was just wondering if a corn snake's cage can be put by a window. its winter where i am and not really sunny so would that affect the temperature of the cage at all? what about in the warmer months? i know some fish tanks cant be kept near windows because the sun causes algae to grow. does that affect a snake's habitat at all? thanks! also im going to be getting my first corn snake soon so if you can give me any advice, thanks!
I would not leave your corn next to the window during the winter nor the summer. During the cold months drafts can make the cage exceptionally cold and during the summer it would get way to high. Plus the sunlight would cause the Water bowl to get yucky and slimmy even with daily changes. How about putting it on a night stand or an end table??
