Are you supposed to cut the Scarecrow Natural Fangs to fit your tooth?

I just bought the Subtle and Natural Fangs from Scarecrow. The Natural Fangs are cut way too high...just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they fixed it.

Get a nail file and file the top down[thats what i do with mine]...but be sure you keep the top round so it looks real...!
