If you don't believe in evolution, how do you explain Godzilla?
Giant lizards evolved from regular lizards over millions of years as a means of survival so they will be able to step on predators
Recent fossil evidence actually suggests that Godzilla evolved very rapidly after the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
I'm sure there is some way I can take this instance of punctuated equilibrium out of context and use it to support creationism. I'll probably do that by saying that the Godzilla fossil record doesn't support slow gradual change (and leave out the part that says Godzilla evolved quickly).
