Can a man be deployed if he has nocturnal epilepsy?

my hubby has nocturnal epilepsy , meaning siezures only occur during sleep. the are controlled by 400 ml of dilantin a day. without the med he will have one after another.
we just always been curious if he registerd to vote coule he be deployed ( if that still holds true that once your registerd you can be deployed) maybe if we knew the answer he'd register...and possibly vote<---doubt that HAHA. thnx for your help!

Two things:

(1) Most likely he would not be deployed.

(2) People who are not registered to vote are still sent to wars.
