today i ordered a penn plax cascade 500 canister filter and for the status it said "checked out" what does that mean...? is the filter i ordered good? how long will it take for me to get my filter from ups? i order 12/21/07 and i live in auburn maine...
I've had very bad experiences with Big Als with orders taking excessively too long to get to me and horrible customer service. Penn Plex canister filter is not a great filter IMO. It has a light cheap feel to it. It could take 3 days to a week to get to you. I've had it take 2 weeks before and it was not during the christmas season.
