I have often been asked why the Chi Power Training book is used for the various different training techniques- and how can it work for so many different methods.

But only when you realize how everything is connected -do you understand that the Pressure Points are actually related to the Chi Energy focus techniques and the Chi manipulation techniques are really intertwined with the Internal Power Center and so on.

Because , in the end , everything comes back to Chi energy manipulation.

So understanding where the pressure points are located will do nothing for you if you arent trained properly. I hate to see it when beginners decide that all they want to know is how to cripple someone really quickly. And without understanding the deeper reasons why these techniques work and how to effectively apply them -AND DEFEND them - we are basically just waiting to be defeated.

True Chi Energy Manipulation is about being connected to this all encompassing energy flow. We are all apart of the energy -and when you can focus and harness Chi Energy -using these Pressure Points to absolutely paralyze an opponent will be effortless.

Even if he KNOWS for a fact that you are focused on applying a pressure point.
