there is a pet store that just opened and they sell illegal turtles (not big enough) and the care for the animals id terrable like snakes kept in small plastic containers with no heat source or room to move and reptiles in a cage full of there urine over 100 spur thighed tortouses in a rubber made storage bin it looks like a bad episode of animal cops i don't see how it could be legal
I honestly would call your local animal control and report it if they don't do anything call them again. You have to exagerrate with them or else they wont take it seriously.
Say all the above and add an extra thing or two.
