What (legally) do I need to do in order to start small snake breeding business?
What licenses to I need? Anything you might know, I'd love to know!
A friend of mine has 3 snakes, they're small, pet snakes, kid friendly...nothing harmful...so no worries.
She can breed them but would want to sell the babies (there's only like 5 at a time) to snake lovers, and she wants to operate it as a business.
Hi there...generally, it may be helpful to contact your local humane society to learn what is needed to breed and sell exotic animals in your region. They can direct your friend on what licences are required. Depending on where you are located you can speak with other herp breeders to learn what's required as well.
