Does lever in the T&P valve in a Hot Water Heater Tank needs to pop out?...I mean when the valve needs to work, does the little lever need to move in order for it to work?..The reason I am asking this is because one of the T&P valve of my hot water tank is so butting so close to a ductwork. There is no space to move the lever or test it. Thank you again.
