Halogen reptile light bulb for b&w tegu?

does a halogen 150 watt give off enough heat and UV lighting for an argentine black and white tegu? or should it have a uv bulb as well as the halogen?

Second, why dont you e-mail me so we can get you and your tegu off in the right direction, instead of having to wade through all the B.S. answers you will get around here? 99% of the answerers around here are kids that should be learning not teaching and im sure you have more questions to ask then just this.
