What are the job requirements at Petsmart for the various jobs?

I am looking to get a job at Petsmart, but I don't know what position to apply for. I am currently a senior in college, 20 years old, and have 5 years experience with exotic birds (parrots), including 4 years volunteering with a rescue, 3 years working at a boarding facility, a year working for a local pet store, and I did a summer internship this summer at a parrot rescue in Colorado. I know alot about other animal species too, and worked with small animals, reptiles and fish at the pet store. I've always worked for small, family-owned businesses, never a corporation. I'm interested in the Pet Care Manager position, but I only want to work part time as I am taking classes at college right now too, so I don't know if I am eligible. Also, what is the pay for these jobs (I'm in Minnesota)? And is there a way to apply to multiple stores at once? I'm in the Twin Cities, so there are quite a few stores within reasonable driving distance. Thanks!

Petsmart is not evil but they are corporate which means profit is of top priority. I have taken shelter animals there for adoption days and we have never been charged a fee. Santa pictures too, we supply the labor but Petsmart provides the backgrounds, cameras, paperwork, etc. and breaks even, not getting financial profit.
The managers need to be very competitive and there are organized competitions between stores to show their value. If you say you are willing to work several locations they will jump at the chance to hire you but "part time" does not mean the same thing to them as it does to you. They prefer managers who will run in every time they are requested. Talk to present employees. From my experience they are willing to tell all.
It can be a fun place to work when you have opportunity to interact with other animal lovers, but the job is based on paperwork and profits. Being a manager is stressful. Try being an employee first and see how you like the environment.
And keep on volunteering for rescues.
