Why do politicians never know about anything but getting elected? So your State is in trouble with low water supplies. Did you bother to check out the rest of the nation? Did you bother to check out the Great Lakes situation before you decided you needed the water from there? It is obvious you did not. That is always a Politician stance. Like a baby: I want! I want! I want! You should be old enough that your wants do not hurt yourself, or anybody else. Our Country is in trouble because all you politicians concentrate only on your elections. You build large war chests to get elected. When you are elected then you use your office to pay off your campaign debts. Politicians do not have a clue the trouble the American Citizens has to survive in the Country you politicians have built. Not just you; but every Republican and Democrat in office in the USA. You run for office on millions of dollars, and never say what you plan on doing in office. If an American is a conservative he pulls the Republican lever in the voting booth; but he may be voting for a flaming liberal. If an American Citizen is a Liberal, he will pull the lever of the Democrat, but he may be voting for a tight ass conservative. You do not have guts enough to take stands on any hot issue. Like Kerry in the Last election when Bush had a Marriage only between a man and woman up for debate. Kerry Responded: "It is Politics." That is always the gutless cry of a Politician on a hot issue. Just once I would like a Governor of any State honor the requirements of the 14th Amendment. Not one Governor does it, and you are one of those do not comply with the 14th Amendment. Just once I would like to hear a governor kick the Illegal aliens out of their state, as the 14th Amendment requires: To protect the Constitutional Guarantees of An American Citizens Privileges, and Immunities. No governor does this. They put Illegal aliens on the voting rolls and give them Representation in Congress illegally, and unconstitutionally. Both Abridging American Privileges and Immunities guaranteed by the U. S. Constitution. Just once I would like a politician to stand up and take positions on: Abortion; Gay Marriage; Pulling the plug on a comatose patient; Take a position on illegal aliens; Take a position on the Constitutional requirement for the governor call out the Militia to repel the Invaders. Only politicians do not know that 700,000 Illegal aliens coming across our southern border a year is an invasion. Every American Citizen knows this, it is just the politicians are too stupid to know we are being invaded by Mexico. Mexico needs to reduction in population to reduce pressure of their poor citizens for revolt. The Money the Illegals bleed out of America keeps the Corrupt Government of Mexico in power. The Politicians have no problem with illegal aliens, just the poor American citizens who have to buck the Illegal aliens in the job market, and the Illegals are working for slave wages. The poor Americans have to buck the illegal aliens in our welfare net we built for Americans. Every American citizen knows these facts, only the politicians are ignorant of the facts. But the Politicians have their cheap nannies, and houseboys.

You can not have any water from the Great lakes. They are being over-pumped. Lake Erie and Lake Michigan surfaces are four feet lower than they ever have ever been. Did you know that areas of some States below the Great Lakes have had their surface of the ground sink up to two feet in some areas; due to the over-pumping? Did you realize the fires we had in borders of Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico was due to the brush being brown, because the Underground water was too low to feed the roots of the normally green brush? Did you know that the farmers all over the Midwest are drilling their wells deeper to be able to water their crops? Do you want to turn the Midwest cropland into a desert? More pumping out of the Great Lakes will do it.

This what is needed: It is one of the Articles in my Federal platform: I am bringing this out because it is needed now, more than when I have my web site up.
Power and Energy

The cost will be 2 trillion, but it will get rid of buying foreign oil, and lower our electrical power in the USA by half.
In ten years we can be paying off our national Debt. 6 years to build, and 4 years to provide the output of water and hydrogen.

I will bring to the floor of the Congress a bill that requires Four Breeder Reactors IFR/ALMR at 8 Tara-watts each for the production of electricity. A total of 32 Tara-watts of power. (Build one at a time, due to large scale.) The IFR/ALMR power plants do not produce weapons grade material, and can burn the weapons grade material, thus removing from the world supply. Also, the IFR/ALMR produce less radiation than a coal fired power generation plant. It recycles the fuel within the plant, (Electrowinning Fuel Reprocessing Plant) and the radioactive material left is minimal, and of very short life. (It loses radiation very fast, soon harmless.) (Two Weeks Half-Life)
The four Nuclear Power Plants will be placed in the Texas Panhandle. Open Space for two more. Built at the same time will be four Desalinization plants on the Gulf of Mexico, on the Texas coast utilizing 440 Meg Watts Electrical Power each producing Potable Water at 350 million Gallons per day, each at about $1.00 per 1000 gallons; Total: 1.4 billion gallons of water per day. (At the scale of the Plants, the cost should be down to about .20 cents per 1000 gallons of water) All four plants will be built for quadruple the initial capacity. And space will be left for Four more water plants. They may be more important than the Hydrogen plants, Because they will feed the Hydrogen plants; and Provide water for Cities, Farmers. & Possibly pumping directly into the Central Aquifer. Water Plus DC Electricity gives Pure Hydrogen. Drill a couple of oil wells in the Gulf, in our water, and an oil pipeline to pump 1 million gallons of Crude oil per hour, to a refinery within two miles from the reactors, and desalinization plants. The Refinery will refine the crude oil into gasoline, and it will be a generic gasoline, to be used in the Entire United Sates, until the hydrogen replaces the Gasoline. There will be a hydrogen producing plant at each State branch end of the power lines. There will be built a sintered metal tank manufacturer, and they will be filled with hydrogen, so the vehicles can be changed over, and end our reliance of imported oil. The Patent holders, with the Car Companies will work together to make standard tanks to just slide in and out of the vehicles, as the hydrogen tanks empty of hydrogen. The Reactors & Water Plants are to be built in Texas. The other Plants will be built at the terminal areas of the Power Oil; & and water lines. There will be Two billion dollars for each as seed money for the United States Companies Entirely in the U.S. with manufacturing, and R. & D. that will do the task. No foreign parts in the Reactors. The water lines will be Stainless metal with a Ceramic Inner Liner, to prevent corrosion of the lines, and etching of the inner pipes from water flow under high pressure. Water is the only universal solvent. WE have the capability to spray the ceramic inside the pipe and cure it in place. Every mile of pipes will have thermal sensors which will control the pipes from freezing in winter. The Oil Lines should be Ceramic coated on the inside as well as the water lines. Crude Oil is corrosive, also. I would suggest the Wet lines are laid on the surface, Protected with an insulating wrap, to maintain Temperature. Dirt could be piled on the line to help with the insulation. Properly insulated the Pipeline Expansion and Contraction can be minimized. The Power lines can handle the Thermal Expansion & Contraction, by the line droop between power line towers. If the wet pipe lines are laid in the ground for insulation, then Ceramic coat the outside of the pipe lines; as well as the inside. Place markers above ground for the location of the thermal sensors, for repair.
This is a thought: The less surface moisture in the Mid West may be affecting overall area. The Russians over drew water from two rivers, and the lake in a lower neighboring country lost the lake; the rivers fed, and turned the entire area into a desert. Russia is now allowing more water down stream. The desertification is being reversed, and the lake is being refilled, in a lower volume.
1.) The IFR/ALMR Reactors will provide electricity for the Entire United States, and replace the Canadian, and Mexican feeds. I think the Canadian tie is a safety measure, to help prevent blackouts in either Country. The Mexican feed is to supply electricity to Upper California. WE can cut the Mexican line, as our new power supplies will be capable of supplying the Entire United States.

2.) They will provide potable drinking water and Farming Water, for the Central United States, and Water for the production of hydrogen. We are pulling water out of the Central Aquifer, in the amount equal to the total volume of water in all five Great Lakes, every year. The Ground level is sinking in some of the Mid Central States and Southern States because of the depletion of the water below ground. Lake Michigan is three feet below its natural level.
That wa s True when I first wrote this Article. It is now four feet lower than the natural Water level in Lake Michigan. Lake Erie also is four feet lower than its natural water level.
This is Very Serious!!! Great Lakes Levels & Central Aquifer dropping like a Stone.

Sorry if i bruised your feelings, but someone must provide rational solutions for our problems. This is a basic need. If you can not see the necessity for Hydrogen powered vehicles, resign. You are part of the problem as are the rest of the politicians. Congressmen think in terms of two years. Senators think in terms of six years. Both are too a short of a span to fix our problems. It is that thinking that has caused all of our problems.
